At RIZID TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to provide quality ERP software solutions and customer satisfaction. This policy explains your rights and our commitments regarding cancellations and refunds.
Customers may cancel their ERP software subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through the customer portal (if available).
Cancellation of a subscription will stop future recurring billing. However, access to the software will continue until the current subscription period expires.
We offer a refund of the subscription amount only under the following condition:
✓ If the customer is not satisfied with the software service within 30 days from the date of subscription activation, they may request a refund.
Important Notes:
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
